Preview Registration code not working

I received the message with preview registration code on xbox one, but it's not working((.What's wrong?

System Update Not Working Preview Registration

I am part of the Xbox One Preview Registration programme and I was wondering if anyone else is having any problems downloading any of the updates? I haven't been able to download the last two. It downloads really slowly and gets to 20% and won't download
anymore. but to get to that 20% takes ages. I have never had problems downloading updates before.

My internet connection is fine because I test my network and there are no problems and none of my other devices (Laptop, phone or tablets) are having any problems.

If anyone can shed some light as to why this is happening or any solutions or even if anyone else is having this problem that would be very helpful!!

Did you attempt to click the link in the message? Perhaps it did not enter properly or you have misplaced a digit when you tried to enter it manually.

Please provide a little more info on what you are trying to do or post this in the preview forums.
