    Preview Program Registration Problems


    Received official invite to Preview Program, when i launch app from message i get , "Were sorry this console is registered to another account.. " Can Not Post In The Preview Program Support Forum as we Can Not Access It until We register our Console, any
    help would be appreciated, thanks.

    Wow, you just trolled this guy soo hard, ;-) I am having the same issue, We Cannot gain access to the preview Forums, until we can register our consoles!!! when we follow your link we get.... group not found.. We need to be given moderator access
    to the group so we can get it cleared up. to be clear we got our official invites from microsoft, but our consoles are registered to another account.. (mine should not be.. sooo..) Any help would be appreciated, Thank You. Please Read the Posts.

    Some reasons why you cant be in the program is because of not having gold , not an active member , or probably not having your account for My Home Xbox.

    Gold since xbox live original beta,Sole owner of Xbox One, and this is my Home Box. and no it has not been recovered on to another box, new and first one since 360. Thanks. and it is Telling me what the error is , Specifically, it is just wrong.

    Ok, if you've installed the app then please wait until a support agent posts here granting you access to the forums.

    As for the update, Major Nelson announced that the first wave was sent out on Friday. If your console is not set to Instant On then you could check Settings>System to see if an update is pending. If there is not then you'll need to wait until the next
    wave.

    Any further questions regarding the preview though should be limited to the preview forums when you get access.
