    Preview program problem


    Hi all my gamer tag is.

    My problem to day it that I was Invited to the preview program by a friend and I got send the link to download the dashboard but I by mistake deleted it and I can't even seen the fourm as well and I am not sure what to do

    Digital games will NOT launch

    im in the preview program. It just started today with the same problem. My wife is also in the preview program and hers is working fine.

    You dont get sent a link.

    Its on tbe xbox marketplAce.. Not a url

    You redeem 2 codes the beta code and the activation code

    It maybe you havent actually been accepted

    Invites dont garentee you instant access

    Alot of people are trying to invite and there is only limited space

    Hello I'm having problems with the new update I'm guessing for the new dashboard when I turn my system on the Xbox one screen comes on an load for about 5mins then goes too a black the dashboard doesn't load on my TV I can't see nothing but if I hold the
    Xbox guide button It pops up an say shut down console or turn off controller but nothing else comes on my screen it's really unfair that I can't do nothing is there anything I can do to fix this please help me I would appreciate it
