Preview Program: Message via Xbox Live

Hello, My name Victor my friend has sent me a preview program invite but i never received an email or in-game xbox-live message indicating that i have been actually invited via message or email to the preview program and i would like some help thank you

Looking for an EA Access beta code

To any fellow Xbox gamer willing to help.

Yesterday I joined the Xbox One dashboard preview program. I’m very interested in joining the EA Access beta program, but apparently since I joined after the 27 of July I haven’t received the code to download the beta.

Is there any Xbox gamer that is part of the dashboard program and isn’t interested in joining the EA Access beta, willing to share his code with me?

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately codes are not sent by ambassadors nor would invites to the preview program come through your email. Preview invites are only sent via Xbox Live Messages.

 

Hi Epic,

being invited to the preview program is only the first step, being invited does not guarantee you will be selected to join. And also its worth bearing in mind that they do selections in batches/waves due to volume of people trying to join.

How will you know if you are selected?

You'll get a service message from the team on your Xbox One. The message will include a link to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app. You'll need to use the app to register your console for Preview updates.

If you are not selected you do not receive any messages.

Hey Epic,

yep for the moment I suggest being patient! We don't know how they do selection - it might just be the first 1000 a month or it could be a raffle like you suggest!

I have been advising that if you haven't heard anything a month after your invite you probably haven't been selected for that wave - but there is nothing to stop you being invited again and to try the next preview wave.
