    Preview Program Error - Halo 5 Beta


    I am in the XBOX Preview program and received 2 codes via XBOX message. I redeemed them via the XBOX website yesterday hoping it would auto download so that I could play today. Got home from my short trip and couldn't find the beta. I eventually scrolled
    all the way to the right in the "My games & apps" section and found the beta listed under the "ready to install" column.

    It finally finished installing and when I went to play it said "the beta begins December 29th." I went to try to redeem the codes again via console but it said they've already been used. So did I mess up by installing the codes via the website instead of
    doing it via the browser?

    What can I do to fix it or who can I talk to?

    Preview member looking for Halo beta code.

    I am in the preview program and have not received beta codes for Halo 5 multiplayer. Sad panda right now.

    I've been a huge halo fan since forever, but i still can't even be part of the preview program still looking foward to the Halo 5 launch date and the beta on the 29th.

    I was going to say the same thing GrowlingYapper. lol. Last night the early Halo 5 beta is announced for Preview program members, now the forum is flooded. Frankly I've been on the Preview program and quit long ago. Not worth the hassle.

    Didn't get halo 5 email?

    The codes for Halo 5 are not sent to emails. If you are in the preview program then any message containing codes for the beta will have been sent to your Live messages on the console.

    Their was a place holder bug with early preorders of Halo 5 ...... MS announced prior to launch that some users would need to download the game again.

    The preview program is a Beta, you may experience issues while a member of the program. I'm in the Beta and thankfully have never had any problems yet. Good luck.

    Welcome to the program. Your account will remain in a Pending state until the release of the next update preview which will be sometime in January.

    As for the Halo 5 beta, the early access was good only for this past weekend and ended on Sunday. However, any person who has Halo: The Master Chief Collection will get access to the beta that begins on December 29.
