Preview Program -Delay in receiving Message to Download app

first you have to remember windows preview is not in anyway connected to the xbox one preview

so being a member in one preview doesnt mean you are in all of them

2nd being invited doesnt garentee you access

you have to remember this is a CLOSED beta there isnt an unlimited amount of room unlike the windows 10 beta which has millions of users

because of the limited space in the beta you have to remember everything is done in waves

also if you have not received the msg with the download link you will have to wait till the next acceptance wave however getting one will be slim if we arent at capacity yet due to the above msg from the program manager miss portia

the only time they will resend a msg if you already received the msg but it expired which takes 30days anyways since msgs are sent in waves and based on your position in the waiting list

you will have to wait for a moderator to give you rights to have access to the beta forums

Was invited more than 48 hours ago and never received message to download preview program app. Please help.

there is no link to download the preview app, the Xbox 360 preview program does not have an invitation option and does not require a preview app download.

If you mean the Xbox One preview then please post in the Xbox One forum section, but be aware that an invitation (which can be done by friends in the preview) will not guarantee you will be accepted to the program. Once accepted you will receive a Xbox Live
Message with a code to download the preview app there is no external link.

Sorry to hear it guys. Prestidigitator, if you have not received a Live message with instructions to download the app then perhaps you have not been added to the program yet.

Phone support is not able to tell who is in the preview program and who is not.

Please remember that an invitation to the preview program does not necessarily guarantee access to the program. All invitation are currently being processed in waves so please be patient and keep an eye on your Live messages for further information as that
is the only place you will receive messages regarding the preview program.
