Preview program app problems

A few months ago i was invited to the program and got the app downloaded but when I open the app it says I'll ger a service message soon. It's been months but I still haven't gotten the message and I want to be in the program can someone please help me

NXOE Need Forum Access

If you are in the Preview Program and are signed in on the correct account then you should have access to the Private Preview Program forums. However, if you are running into an issue that is not allowing you access and you are in fact a member of the program
you should have the Preview Program App on your console. You can use this App to submit feedback and report any problems or issues that you are currently having. You should have downloaded this App when you received the message on your system that you been
invited and accepted.

Just to clarify, being invited to the Preview Program does not guarantee that you will be accepted. For now, all that you can do is wait and if you are accepted, you will receive an Xbox Live message with further details. Keep in mind, the Preview Program has
reached capacity and the Preview team is slowing the number of folks that they are accepting into the program. Thanks!

If your console is in the Insider Preview program, there was a mention in the "known issues", that the console sometimes fails to start up from hibernation.

If you are in the Preview Program, and that happens, restart the console and then file feedback that you have that problem.

If your console is not in the Preview Program, download the Xbox Insider App, and then use the app to file feedback that you also have that issue.

Since you are a part of the preview program, we ask that you report this problem to the Xbox Preview program. To do this, please go on your Xbox One and find the app called "Xbox Preview Dashboard". On the right hand side, there will be a button to report

In the Preview App, which you should be able to download through the Marketplace when your Gamertag that is listed in the Preview Program is signed in. From there, within the preview App, you should be able to register your console for approval for entry
into the Preview Program and invite friends to join the program.
