Yes there is currently high traffic to xcl.xbox.com i would recommend trying again later in the day or tomorrow.

In acord of Phil Harrison after E3

He say this prgram is a beta if make sucess (maybe that count in more golds signatures or less gold aboadon number...)they will extend the program.

I repeat my self, this a beta program; after 31 dezember; we don´t know if that continues or not!?
