i am a preview memeber and i do not have access to the early access fourms on the website i have spoken to someone on the phone they tome me to write a comment on here to resolve the issue



i am having many many many problems with the program constant freezing and having to turn it off all the time it keeps blocking my voice it has a mind of its own and will do what it likes, like leave games leave party download other apps and uninstall games.
i want this to be solved i can not play my xbox. i want this to be changed and restored back tothe old dash board as i can therefore play on it. i have game testing all weekend and i need it running smooth

For future reference preview questions should be limited to the preview forums.

If your console is set to Instant On (turn on with voice) then the updates are automatic and you would not notice them.

Firstly, if you do not have access to the private forum, please ensure that you are signing in with the account you used to register for the Xbox Preview Program.

If it is still not working, please make a new post here detailing that you are unable to access the private forum:

Secondly, thank you for providing feedback - the team will be grateful!

When you do have access to the forums, there is a section for providing feedback and reporting issues with the latest updates.

And finally, please remember that the whole point of the Xbox Preview Program is to beta test future dashboard releases. There are going to be issues which, with feedback from members, will be resolved before the updates are publicly released.

Update Preview Forums. You will want to submit feedback through your console before checking out the forums so that the preview team gets the most information possible. Then see if there are any solutions on the forums!
