    Beta program issue

    I am part of the beta program and I am not able to access the website to redeem the avatar gear that I can unlock due to participating in the program. Please help.

    Ambassador program issue

    So I joined the ambassador program last year I think and got to level 5 with 146/120 tenure days and then went inactive. I've returned 2 days ago to xbox.com and the ambassador program and even though it still say I am a level 5 ambassador with only
    16% left untill level 6 when I click to go to the Ambassabank it says I'm not an ambassador and that I should go to the apply page to see if I'm eligible, so then it said I wasn't because I need a gold account so I dug up my old free 1 month gold code that
    I got in my Halo 2 PC DVD and entered it, now I am a gold member but when I go to the apply page it still says I am not eligible, I tried clearing my cookies and it didn't help either.

    Preview Program Issues?

    Hi

    At the moment consoles in the insider program are running the same console operating system version as everyone else as the last insider update was released to all consoles on 7th December.

    As for your screen going black can you try and restart your console by pressing and holding the power button on the front of the console for 5-10 seconds and at the same time also restart your television.

    If you still suffer the problem afterwards please follow
    this support guide     and also try reaching out to the
    Xbox Insider forums     for further assistance.
