preveiw program issues and errors

i have asked this 3 times one from my brother waited a few days nothing 2nd time contacted xbox said to get an email then nothing then 3rd i got told to go to here :/ can anyone send an update or something cuz i have waited more than it should normlly
take ive nearly went on this for 5 days waiting for 1st and 2nd time

What update are you waiting for?

Do you meam you were invired and awaiting the update?

Invites dont garentee you will get accepted there are casea where people continue to wait weeks after

It is abbeta not a public release

You get invited them accept then whem approved you get the preivew app

However you will still have to wait for the next update wave if your status is enroll pending which is how you know you were accepted

 

Not everyone is going to be accepted ms wouldnt want millions of dead consoles based on a bug in a beta

Betas are for testimg new features for stability and bugs and feedback for testing purposes before the public release

Mist of the time it wont kill a console

 

like i got the invite and everything but i never got any message or tht on outlook or xbox so i contacted them for email never got it 3rd time i got sent here

 

Hi Demure,

as ngocphi posted above being invited to the preview program is only the first step. You have to then be selected. Being invited to the preview program does not guarantee selection it only means you have applied.

How will you know if you are selected?

You'll get a service message from the team on your Xbox One. The message will include a link to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app. You'll need to use the app to register your console for Preview updates.

If you are not selected you will receive no message - there are far too many people applying to be able to send out messages to everyone.

My suggestion is that you wait until the next preview wave - sometime next month hopefully - and then ask a friend to re-invite you.
