pressing manage account does not open xbox app

I would refresh your purchase history first. Xbox Console= Open Xbox Video > My Videos > Account Management > Press X. Windows 8 Video app= Delete the app and redownload it from the Store.

Hey there East Bay! If you are not seeing all the episodes in the season, try loading up Xbox Video and refreshing all your purchases again. Just open the app, navigate to My Videos and open Account Management, and then press (X) to Refresh. Try that out
and see if it helps, thanks!

Try refreshing your purchase history on your Xbox 360. Open the app > Go to My Videos > Select Account Management > Press X. Give it several minutes to run, then check your movies again.
