"Press to join" window always present in Minecraft

When playing Minecraft on our Xbox One, the window that reads "Press

to join game" continues to flash the entire time you are playing. It is present from the time you launch the game fresh. It is present if you have one player or two. It is present
if you have one person or multiple people logged in.

I have seen this issue posted in the past and have tried all the suggested solutions. I also tried to submit a bug report directly to Mojang and got an error page in the middle of filling out their form.

It feels to me that this must be a bug that needs a software update. Has anyone found a true fix for this problem?

Unable to Download "Free" Game Redemption

Go to Settings/Account/Download History

You should see the content in there. Press A on it to bring up a new window, then press A again on 'download again' and it will join your queue.

That is odd - thanks for letting us know. We wouldn't be able to make any changes to the game from here, but we can look into troubleshooting options with you which may help.

To start, do you see any difference if you uninstall the game, reboot the console, and re-install the game?

Hi Adrian,

That's is pretty much the official way of leaving the beta per Mojang's article, "How to Join (and leave) the Minecraft
Beta".

If that doesn't work for you then I found another way of removing all Minecraft services from all users on your PC using PowerShell. This should hopefully re-install the live version of Minecraft Windows 10 edition:

To remove the beta version of Minecraft from all registered users on the PC:

On the PC, press Windows Key + X.
Select Command Prompt (Admin).
In the Administrator: Command Prompt window, type: powershell
Press Enter.
In the Administrator: Command Prompt window, type or copy & paste: Get-AppxPackage -allusers *minecraftUWP* | remove-appxpackage -allusers
Press Enter.
You can now close the Command Prompt window.

After entering the commands and closing the window, you will need to uninstall/reinstall Minecraft to complete the removal of the beta version. If this does not work, then there has to be another user/account on your PC that is still enrolled
in the beta that is flagging the PC to continuously download the beta.

yeah she is already on 1.19.1 everyone is already updated.

My partner created a realm via PS4 and our friend who plays via the switch can connect fine no issue's its just the realm that I created via windows 10 that seems to be the issue.

Removed all resource packs etc - Same issues.

Re-installed minecraft on the switch - same issues.

Edit :

Activated an old realm world - Switch can join no issues.

Created new world realm - Switch joins no issues.

Re-activate the current world where original issue was - Issue still present.

Replaced old realm world with current world back up (june 7th update 1.19) - Issue present.

Replaced world realm with back up before june 7th update (1.18 then updated the realm to 1.19 before switch joins) - issue present.
