    Hi, I have just bought a xbox live card of 25 euro from IGVAULT, but when I entered the code, it says code already used, and when I contacted the support of IGVAULT, they asked me to contact xbox.com to get when this card has been used, but I don't know
    where to put the code, can you please tell me what I have to do to resolve this issue, thank you in advance

    i have a problem. i bought a 25 euro gift card and succesfully redeemed a code.

    now my balance is a little over 25 euro and i would like to purchase EA access for twelve months. this cost 24,99 euro which means i have enough money on my account. but the only way i found to buy it is to pay the 24,99 directly. i don't want to do this
    because it is a waste of my giftcard. so i need to know how i can get EA acces with the money already in my balance

    please i realy need help with this
