Thank you for your feedback. I understand that you are experiencing issues with Minecraft not installing, here are some troubleshooting options:

Method 1:

Try turning off your computer using the power button to force a reset of your computer. Then wait ten seconds and press the button once more to turn it on. Now:

Try deleting the Xbox application and reinstalling it. Try to reinstall the gaming service by opening windows powershell in the search bar as administrator, select run as administrator and run the following command.

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove AppxPackage -allusers

Run this and then in the same window run the following command;

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Install the app on this page and accept the pop up message by pressing ‘yes’.



Then restart your device and uninstall, then reinstall minecraft launcher, then attempt to launch.

Method 2:

This may happen when you switch devices or change regions.



To resolve this issue, you will need to contact Xbox Support. They will be able to help you update the Device ID on your license to match the Device ID on your new device.

Well, your almost right, its not the launcher thats having problems, its the game its self. Where I click play everything goes normaly then when the game is done preparing, then I get the crash

After setting it up, uninstall it. Then launch the launcher you had on your PC before.

I clicked launch Minecraft in the launcher that you provided and it does not open or download Minecraft launcher again. It's only possible to run the launcher with administrator and the file system errors.

1. Check the Minecraft version:
Make sure you and your friends are on the same version. If you are on a different version of the game than they are, the “Outdated Client” error may occur. You can check and update the game version through the Minecraft launcher. Make sure you have the latest stable version installed.



2. Check the Minecraft launcher settings:
Make sure you have the correct version set in the Minecraft launcher. Sometimes, the Minecraft launcher may select a different version of the game than the latest stable version. You can adjust the version settings in the launcher settings.



3. Fix Microsoft Store:
If you downloaded Minecraft through the Microsoft Store, you can try to reset or repair the Microsoft Store by going to Settings -> Applications -> Minecraft -> Advanced Options and selecting “Repair” or “Reset”. You can do this by going to Settings -> Applications -> Minecraft -> Advanced Options and selecting “Repair” or “Reset”.



4. Clear Minecraft launcher cache:
In the launcher, try clearing the cache to fix some connection and update issues. Close the Minecraft launcher, then restart your computer and try to connect to your realm again.
