Preparing console "something went wrong"

    Preparing console "something went wrong"


    After resetting the Xbox one halo edition, it restarted and went into preparing console which seemed fine at first and when it gets up to 50% it stops and goes into "something went wrong" I don't know what to do

    All i keep getting is preparing console and something went wrong. The error codes change from e101 to e102.

    Unfortunately I have tried this to no help, as soon as I boot up the console it goes straight to the preparing console screen and then when it tries the software update it says something went wrong. I'll have to look further into it but thank you for replying!

    Well it was about to prepare update screen and in a split second went back to “Something went wrong” and I press continue. It show restart, reset, turn off and xbox offline update option menu screen. I press “xbox offline update”(usb is connect to Xbox
    one) start update but went back something went wrong
