If you are having troubles with your card, remember that it must be activated via a external site, as stated in your email:





To redeem your prize from a browser:

• Go to www.prepaiddigitalsolutions.com

• Enter your prepaid digital token

• Immediately use the virtual card to shop online, or choose a physical card that will be mailed directly to you.

That site has its own set of FAQs as well if you have any more questions about the card itself. We do not handle billing, so we cannot support any issues with your billing account. We have heard that sometimes accounts get frozen when users attempt to fraud
programs, such as making multiple purchases and returns of the same product, but since we do not handle billing, we cannot diagnose your issue.

There is no sticker on cards you scratch it off

Are you sure it's not a scam card ?

,the current scam is someone prints their stolen card barcode and covers another card and return it

Then when someone activates the covered card the scammers card is activated instead of yours

Scratch cards don't have stickers

You have to contact the store or the card issuer

Fyi if the cards have a scratch area that's what you are supposed to do not take off stickers which are scam cards
