    Prepaid reward card


    Hi, i cashed in my gems due to the badgering to spend them but the choice of rewards was poor. I chose one of the prepaid cards as hardly anything else was available but the code i jave been sent to claim it is useless.

    The code is too short tobe accepted in xbox live and i have been given no other instructions.

    Please can someone resolve this.

    Didn’t reserve $5 visa prepaid card that I ordered

    redeemed $5 prepaid Visa card through rewards and never received the email

    To redeem your prize from a browser:

    • Go to www.prepaiddigitalsolutions.com


    • Enter your prepaid digital token

    • Immediately use the virtual card to shop online, or choose a physical card that will be mailed directly to you.

    Microsoft rewards problem

    Microsoft Rewards support will not be able to assist since they were completely separate from the Xbox Rewards program. If it was the Visa prepaid cards, you would need to contact support for Prepaid
    Digital Solutions     since the cards were actually given by them. When Rewards support was available, they could only assist in the event that you didn't receive the card at all.

    Just stick with the Microsoft rewards programm. There you could make easy points and change them for prepaid card currency.
