    I have a xbox music pass code. When I redeem it, it shows me that:

    Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page.
    Redeem:

    Office 365 for Home

    Office 365 for Business

    Xbox. Please redeem this code on your console.

    So I tried the code on x1 and xbox 360, but it shows the same thing like pc website.(Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page.)

    I think the problem is that xbox redeem page is closed and only microsoft redeem page remained.

    So my question is that how can I redeem the code for xbox contents? and If any xbox redeem method remained！

    Now i got the same problem with a prepaid 3 month xbox live code... :( which i bought from a shop in romania, it was a prepaid code which includes a weapon skin for the division, and the code for the skin worked but the other one for xbox live didn't.....
