Prepaid code entry error

I logged onto my account (that I set up years ago for my son as he didn't have email at the time) to enter a prepaid Live Gold renewal not thinking that they were different accounts and so he still doesn't have HIS XBL working. Anyway to revert my code
entry?

When entering world prepaid code the latter is considered as already used. Could I have the date and foregoing entry of this code.

I can't active an xbox gift card that says contact the merchant.

You would have to contact support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
support.xbox.com/contact-us They should be able to cancel the subscription and give you a code for the remaining time to redeem on the correct account.
