preorders are not counting towards punchcard

Discus and support preorders are not counting towards punchcard in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I have preodered Sword art online: fatal bullet (which released forever ago) and sea of thieves from the xbox digital store but have not received...     preorders are not counting towards punchcard


    I have preodered Sword art online: fatal bullet (which released forever ago) and sea of thieves from the xbox digital store but have not received credit on my punch card

    Preorders do not count towards VIP. For Honor and Ghost Recon would have counted towards your Games on Demand punchcard, but not your VIP progress.

    Hi AGC Death Note. It looks like you've completed the Pre-Order punchcard already in February. Those Credits were awarded on February 10th and deposited to your Microsoft account on February 21st.

    Since it was a preorder, it would count as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive credits. Preorders do not count towards VIP.

    Preorders do not count towards VIP. So the only way to receive credits for that purchase is by completing the punchcard.

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that the preorder would count as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer
    and receive credits. If you preordered the game before April 1, it would not count towards the current punchcard.
