Preordered Titanfall 2 and did not get credit for it

Discus and support Preordered Titanfall 2 and did not get credit for it in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I pre ordered titanfall 2 and did not get a VIP reward increase and did not get a punchcard on the preorder 3 deal.     I pre ordered titanfall 2 and did not get a VIP reward increase and did not get a punchcard on the preorder 3 deal. Whats going on?

    Missing two preorder game rewards

    I preordered Battlefront 2 and Call of Duty: WWII and did not get credit for them for the Preorder Punchcard, but I did get credit for preordering The Sims 4.

    Can I please get this fixed?

    Preorders do not count towards VIP. How long has it been since you preordered the game? Punches should take about 96 hours to show.

    I bought it on 10/23. I see the progress towards preorders was only for September sad this service is still going backwards

    i preordered FFXV, dead rising 4, and titanfall 2 got the punches for FFXV and titanfall but it doesnt even show that i preordered dead rising 4 yet i have the preordered stamp on titanfall,FFXV,and skyrim yet i didnt even preorder skyrim i bought it about
    2 weeks after release. Another thing is before i bought DR4 it said i needed to spend $71 to reach VIP 4 and i bought deluxe edition of DR4 for $80 now it shows i still need to spend $63 though

    Got Re-core and Titanfall 2 preordered. Rise of Iron this month too. Will order Gears 4 when I get paid again. Great time to be a gamer!!
