Preordered South Park.. no credits

Discus and support Preordered South Park.. no credits in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; so i preordered south park when my rewards was giving certain number of credits per reservation. but as of right now i haven't received my credits...     Preordered South Park.. no credits


    so i preordered south park when my rewards was giving certain number of credits per reservation. but as of right now i haven't received my credits theyre not even pending.

    Fall - Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard: Never received my 15 dollars

    I preordered 5 games that where on the list in the fall, and only received credit for 1 of them:

    South Park: The Fractured But Whole - Preordered October 13th 2017

    Wolfenstein II - Preordered July 23rd, 2017

    CoD WW2 - Preordered June 11th, 2017

    Destiny II - Preordered June 11th, 2017

    AC Origins - Preordered June 11th, 2017

    South Park was the only one that credited me, but the rest were released while the promo was going on.

    I preordered shadow of war and it never showed up on my preorder punchcard. South park did and that was after shadow. How do I get my credit for that game?

    Preordered South Park.. no credits

    There were no offers to receive credits just for that game. If you preordered on or after October 1, it would have counted as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would have needed 2 other eligible purchases in order to complete the offer
    and receive the credits.

    In order to qualify, you had to preorder during the offer period. South Park was the only one you preordered during the offer. Since all of the others were preordered before the offer began, they were not eligible.

    There is no deadline for it. Originally when the game was made available for preorder, the system worked differently and you could have downloaded the Stick of Truth at the same time as when you preordered the game. Shortly after that, the system was changed
    to the current system (purchasing with currency is charged now, credit cards charged later) so the offer was updated to state that if you preorder the game, you will have access when the new game launches. This is from the game's description:

    Pre-order now to get Towelie: Your Gaming Bud. For a limited time, get a digital copy of South Park™: The Stick of Truth™ on Xbox One free with purchase at the launch of South Park™: The Fractured But Whole™.

    If the game does not show as free for you to download, then you will have to wait until the launch of the new game.
