    Preordered Halo wars 2 ultimate edition Halo wars definitive edition still cant be downloaded


    Hi i am not sure where to post this, but well i am here now if not the right section it can be moved to the right one. Well i have had nothing but issues with just getting this game to work, starting from gamestop mistaking things from spending 6 hours plus
    on the phone with xbox to request help or such or a code to get halo wars definitive edition to work or download! it saying this i own this game and available on pc but i cant download it and the version i have is considered a "Game-Addon" not sure if that
    makes a difference but i just need help please, phone support doesnt know what they doing and or not getting all the info.

    Plus halo wars 2 is fully released why wouldnt they release the game to the people who owns it after the game is fully released?

    Same here. I have the add-on version downloaded but I can't play it nor do I have the code to download it.

    If you purchased the Ultimate Edition through GameStop, you'll need to use the code included inside the box to redeem the license for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition. Try to redeem the code on xbox.com
    HERE and see what happens. Also, let us know if you see any error message or error code and please post that here so we can take a closer look.

    Did you preorder a physical copy of Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition or digital copy? If it's a physical copy, your code for the Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be in the box for Halo Wars 2. If you preordered a digital copy, you'll get a code for the Halo
    Wars DE copy to your Xbox Live message center 7-10 days after redeeming your code.
