    Aparrently rewards points don't actually exist

    I preordered dead rising 4 over two weeks ago through the Microsoft store, still haven't received my 15,000 rewards points, I'm seriously about to cancel the preorder. I was told it takes 7 to 10 days. What gives?

    Xbox Live Rewards 15,000 credits promotion issues

    I preordered Final Fantasy XV on September 10th through the Microsoft store, back when Xbox Live Rewards was having a promotion. The promotion was that for any preordered games purchased before the end of the year, you would get 15,000 rewards credits as
    part of the preorder bonus for each game and instead of the $10 Microsoft gift card. The email stated 7-10 days for the preorder content codes and points to be emailed/deposited. I still haven't received that email or the 15,000 points. Any idea what went
    wrong?

    The MicrosoftStore.com offer is only available to US members. Since you are registered as a non-US member, you are not eligible for that offer.

    Fifa 17 - Did not receive $10 gift card.

    The $10 gift card should be sent via email about 10 business days after the game ships as long as you preordered from microsoftstore.com. If you're a rewards member, you will receive 15,000 rewards credits instead of the $10 gift card.

    If you preordered digitally through the Xbox store, you would not be eligible for that offer.

    For help with the Rewards program, you'll need to post here -

    microsoftstore.com is giving out the $10 gift card on most of their preorders. As a rewards member, you should received the 15,000 credits instead of the $10 on up to 3 preorders. You wouldn't have to cancel anything to do so. So as long as you are still
    getting the game from microsoftstore.com, you should receive the 15,000 credits.

    The Rewards program is running an offer to receive 15,000 credits if you preorder a game from microsoftstore.com. So you would receive 15,000 credits instead of the $10 gift card from microsoftstore.com.

    There were no offers to receive 15,000 credits just for purchasing those games digitally. There was an offer to receive 15,000 credits if you preordered them as physical discs from microsoftstore.com
