    No Dishonored Remaster Code w/ PreOrder of Dishonored 2.

    I preordered Dishonored 2 on the Xbox one Store and it was suppose to include Dishonored 1 Definitive Edition and I still have not received a code or message regarding it.

    I have not received Dishonored Definitive Edition for preordering Dishonored 2.

    I preordered Dishonored 2 and on June 27,2016 and I was told it would include Dishonored Definitive Edition as a bonus, but I have not received it yet and it has been 12 days since Dishonored 2 was released.

    Have you checked the game in the store to see if it shows as free for purchase? You shouldn't receive a code for the game. It should just show as free.

    To clarify, users who pre ordered Dishonored 2 would receive the license for Dishonored: Definitive Edition. No codes were sent for this promotion, you would just need to download the game from the Xbox Store. To qualify though, you needed to pre-order Dishonored
    2 prior to it's release date in a supported Xbox Live country as well as a country where the game has been officially released.

    I have not received Dishonored Definitive Edition for preordering Dishonored 2.

    The game should show as free to purchase from the store. If it doesn't show as free, post back so support can check.

    You won't receive a code for the game. The game should show as free to download in the store. If you're a member of the preview program and preordered from the console, you will not be able to download the game until you are actually charged for the game
    about 2 weeks before Dishonored 2 is released.
