    Preordered 4 games but its counting 2 ?


    I preordered mafia 3, Infinite warfare legacy edition and watch dogs 2 on the xbox store and all three are showing up as pre-ordered for the "Punch it up with digitial preorder" but it's saying I've only preorder 2/3 in the progress bar..

    Anyone having the same problem? or is this just me ?

    Pre-Order punchcard not registering 3rd game for reward

    dead rising 4 is my 3rd preorder, to qualify for the 15,000 credits. but its not showing that i preordered on punch card. it was preordered in time. It shows my watch dogs 2 and mafia 3 preordered but not dr4

    xbox rewards digital pre order punch card rewards

    I pre ordered watchdogs 2 , dead rising 4 and steep ,i see that watchdogs 2 shows as a preordered on the preordered punch card but the other 2 games haven't (dead rising 4 ) or (steep) ?? can you help and fix this??

    Since it was a preorder, it would count as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive credits. Preorders do not count towards VIP.

    There were no offers to receive credits just for preordering that game. If you preordered on or after October 1, it would have counted as a punch on your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive
    the 15,000 credits.

    Preorders do not count towards VIP.

    1. Since there was an offer for Gears 4 in September, your purchase would have counted towards that offer and not your VIP rebate.

    2. Preorders are not eligible for VIP (there was a special offer in September). So that purchase would not have counted towards your progress.
