Preordered 3 games on the punchcard and didn't get my points.

All of my preordered titles show as preordered on the punch card, but i have not received my 15,000 reward points. It is also not showing in pending. All titles have been released as of 11/15, so it has been well over the 96 hours listed in the FAQ.

Preorder punchcard

I never received my rewards for the preorder punchcard. The 3 games showed up as preordered on the punchcard but no points.

15k points preordered punchcard problem

For the preordered punchcard rewards, I preordered more than 3 games but it says I only preordered one and won't give me my points.

You'll want to repost this in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can check into it for you. Keep in mind, if any of the preorders were made before the offer beganon October 1, they will not count.

Still waiting on my 15,000 points from preordering punchcard... At this point I really dont see the point in continuing to do missions.

did you purchase through the punchcard link or via other means ( store, site ) ?

if through punchcard you should get the points, if by any other means you won't.

but then you should have received your purchase reward points ( amount excl vat x100 ) which should be around 5000+ points as well

in my case it was 5206 purchase points. if I had not preordered and used the punchcard it would have been 6000

Yes. It's the Games on Demand punchcard. for punchcard offers you usually have to purhcase x amount of games before you receive the credits. For that offer, you have to preorder 3 of the eligible games.

For the Games on Demand Punchcard offer, you had to preorder 3 games in order to receive the credits. If NBA2k18 is the only game you preordered, you did not complete the offer.
