Preordered 3 games got credit for 2

I couldn't reply to my last post, I assume because it was locked. I preordered Monster Hunter, Far Cry and Sea of Thieves. I received credit for the first 2 but not the third.

Didn't not receive my preorder credits

I preordered skyrim, titanfall 2, and watch dogs 2. On the rewards page it states that I did indeed preorder these games but my punch card only shows two punches. Today when I received my credits I never got the 15,000 credits that I should have for preordering
the 3 games. Can anyone help?

Never got reward in December

Hello, I preordered games between Oct and December when you were running the mission preorder 3 games and get 15000 reward credits, it tracked 2 and never a 3rd even though it said that I'd preordered the games underneath the game picture. I emailed a few
weeks ago and never got a response

Only purchases made during the offer period are eligible for the offer, as was stated in the FAQ. Since your pre-order of Sea of Thieves was before the offer period (which began in January), it was not eligible for this offer:

In order to receive credits for preorders, they have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time. Currently there is the Games on Demand punchcard offer which will give you 15,000 credits if you preorder 3 eligible games between January 1
and March 31. Injustice 2 is eligible for that offer. If you make 2 other eligible purchases, you will receive the 15,000 credits after all 3 games have been released.

Preorders will only award credits if they are part of a specific offer on the site at the time. Currently the only preorder offer is the games on demand punchcard. You have to preorder 3 games in order to complete the offer and receive the credits. If you
don't preorder 3, you wouldn't have completed the offer and won't receive the credits. It's just per the terms and conditions.

In order to receive the 15,000 credits, you have to preorder 3 games. Destiny alone is not enough to complete the offer. You would need 2 other eligible le purchases and the credits will be given after all 3 games have been released
