I preordered the 2k24 on pay pal, the payment went through the Ps4 received the money and the money left my account ,I got a email that the payment booking was cancelled. Why was it cancelled? And how do I preorder the game ? The money still hasn’t returned to my account yet. Will the money be taken back from the PlayStation account ? Even though it said I already bought the game ? Will the game not be bought anymore ?

Just make a pay pal transfer all the money to it then use pay pal to make your purchase

No. You must provide a Credit card information or Pay pal. Use pay pal. My suggestion.

In my case, I always use pay pal, but pay pal is connected to credit card, so...yrs, use it.
