Preorder Refund

So I digitally pre-ordered Call of Duty Vanguard Standard edition a month ago. I found out that the Standard edition is basically the Xbox One version of the game. Thanks to Activision Smart Delivery won't auto upgrade the game to the Series X version and would need to buy the Crossgen Version of the game. I wanna know how I can be refunded for the preorder which I have already been charged for. The "Cancel" option is of course not available. Please help!
