Preorder purchase for a game in march of this year and havent recieved my reward point

I had made a preorder purchase for division in march and havent received my entitled reward points neither for renewal of my account over the years. Can someone from the reward department enlighten my case that has been open with Microsoft for months, thank
you.

reward points

i havent recieved my rewards points for the last few months also just brought the beging of the month titanfall 2 and battlefield 1 deluxe edition bundle set for the 6000 rewards points and i havent recieved them and also been buying stuff on the dash board
for the last year and been doing surveys and havent had the reward points from that neither wats going one

Not synching with my purchases

My xbox rewards are no longer synching with my purchases, I have spent around 200 dollars in the last 2 months and havent recieved any rewards points for my purchases

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

There were no offers to receive credits just for preordering The Division digitally. Depending on when it was purchased, it could have counted towards one of two different games on demand punchcards, but you would have needed to purchase other eligible games
in order to complete the offer and receive the credits.

If there are any other offers you're looking for credits from, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order for support to check into it for you.

That's correct, you do not receive reward points for purchasing game add-ons. You will only receive reward points for purchasing full games.

In the case of Avatar Frontiers of Pandora, the game was released on March 25, 2023. If you purchased the game before March 25, you may have received reward points. However, if you purchased the game after March 25, you will not receive reward points.

In the case of Destiny 2 Lightfall, the game will be released on August 24, 2023. If you purchase the game before August 24, you may receive reward points. However, if you purchase the game after August 24, you will not receive reward points.

If you want to make sure you receive reward points for purchasing a game, you can check the Xbox rewards page before making your purchase. The rewards page will display all games that award reward points.

Here are some tips to get reward points for purchasing games:

Buy new and popular games. New, popular games typically award more reward points than older or less popular games.

Buy games on the Xbox Store. Games purchased from the Xbox Store earn more reward points than games purchased from other stores.
