Preorder points from Gears 4 never put in my Xbox Rewards

Hi, I pre ordered Gears of War 4 from Microsoft Store at 4/15/2016 but never got 15,000 points in my Xbox Rewards. It also said $10 gift card's status is complete but I never got it (assuming it get updated to 15,000 point instead). Any help would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks!

Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition Rewards not received

Hi,

I purchased Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition last month (preorder). There is a promotion for 15K rewards points if preordered. I never received these points in my account.

Missing points

I preordered dragonball xenoverse 2 and never got my xbox rewards points for doing so and it said if I preordered it I'd receive 5 to 10,000 points for it like when you'd preorder gears of war 4. Please help with this

The credits should show as pending about 10-15 business days after the game shipped. So there are still a few days before they may show up.

As Smwutches says, Credits for that offer can take up to 15 business days after being shipped to appear. If you do not see your Credits by that time, please let us know with a new post and we will investigate any possible issues.

In addition, as your account was a child account at the time of the promotion there would be no way to get them at this point. Sorry

However if you preorder Gears 4 you can get all the backwards comapt games from that preorder bonus.

For help with the Rewards program, you'll want to post in the Rewards program forum. There were no offers to receive credits for preordering Recore digitally. If you preordered it as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com and did not receive the credits,
Rewards support will have to look into it.

Gears credits would depend on when you preordered it and if it was preordered digitally or physically.

There were no Xbox Rewards offers to receive 6,000 credits for Destiny 2. That was an offer from the Microsoft Rewards program. Preorders did not count towards that offer.

Ok then, where are my Rewards points? I'm a member of both.
