    I preordered the deluxe version of the new star wars game a day or two before it was released and it still hasn't come up on my preorder punchcard, quite importantly it being my 3rd preorder..

    it is the same password. go to account.live.com and see if you need to verify your email address.

    Installs not recognised

    There's no option to choose between either, just Play "Insert game title" and it should read of HDD automatically if the install is there

    From the FAQ:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



    Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order.

    Your purchase on the 12th was only recently received and awarded. We see that the Credits are currently pending in your account. Please keep in mind for future reference that it can take us up to 96 hours to receive and process new purchase information.

    That sounds strange because even if gifted it shouldn't have that message. Do you share your console with anyone else, was the game definitely gifted to you? It sounds like it doesn't recognise that you own the game, not that it doesn't recognise that
    it's a preorder.

    Yes it does recognise the keyboard. Strange that it's not recognising the USB flash drive but the USB flashdrive works in the laptop....?
