For the preorder mission I have preordered WWE 2K17, Dishonored 2 and Resi 7. However I have not recieved the 15.000 points bonus.

FFXV preorder mission

I have not received the 15k for the FFXV preorder physical copy. I posted previously and was told 15 days after shipment. It's been well over that now and no credits. Can this be checked into please? Thanks.

 

Since Resident Evil is one of the games you preordered, that game will not complete the offer until it is released later in January.

Only purchases made within the offer period are eligible for the offer. Since your pre-order of WWE 2K17 was made before the offer was created, it was not eligible for this offer. Regarding your missing punch for Resident Evil 7, from our FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your punchcard should be updated within 96 hours of your pre-order. However, you will not receive your Rewards Credits until 96 hours after ALL of the games you have pre-ordered have been released.
If Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is one of your chosen titles, you will not receive your Reward until 96 hours after the game’s release date on 23 January 2017.
