Preorder mission punchcard only showing 1 game instead of 2

Hi, Support Team!

I have recently (almost at the same time) preordered Sea of Thieves and Far Cry 5, both part of the preorder mission.

It has been more than 96 hours since I preordered both of them, but only one purchase is showing as complete.

Please check that, I intend to buy the third game soon.

Preorder punchcard challenge

The demand preorder punchcard is running from 1 october till 31 december. The games you can preorder now only go as far as 17 november (The Sims 4) . Do games released after 17 november still count for your punchcard challenge?

(e.g. I preorder 2 games now (from list till 17 november) and preorder a game later, that is not at the current list (but releases before 31 december) , does that count for 3 games on my punchcard?)

 

pending rewards not showing up.

I completed last months preorder punchcard, but I have not seen anything showing that 2 of the 3 preorders were counted.

 

You'll need to post in the support section of this forum in order for them to check into it for you.

 

There is no support section that deals specifically with Xbox Live Rewards. This should be the right place.
