preorder issue

In order for support to check into your account, you will want to post in the support section of this forum. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits for preorders, they have to be eligible for a specific offer at the time of preorder.

Try to follow the following steps and let's see if it works.

• Sign-in to your account at Microsoft Account | Manage Your Payments and make sure that all of your payment methods are up to date.
  
• If you received a message saying that your pre-order was cancelled, or if you have any other questions regarding your pre-order, review our support article here: Pre-order Xbox digital games in the Microsoft Store | Xbox Support
  
• Many games have both an Xbox One and an Xbox Series X|S version available for purchase. Check that you purchased the version of the game that matches your gaming system here: Microsoft Account | Order History, or if you purchased a version or bundle which includes both the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S versions of the game.

Says I own the game but will not do anything except say check back later trouble getting my stuff

Hello, My name is Jesse. I'm an Independent Advisor and a member of the Microsoft community and I'd love to assist you today.

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select My games & apps > See all.

- Under Full library > All owned games, you'll see all games you own listed.

- If a game you own has not yet been installed on your console, you'll see a download icon on the game title.

If you don't find the game there, Go into the Xbox app and click on profile then click on games you own then click on the game you purchased and choose the console you want to download it to.

If you don't find it there, use the search button on the app to search for the game title. It'll show up for sure.
