Preorder is not showing up in my missions

Hello Xbox-rewards team,

I have preordered AC: origins and StarWars 4th of October but on "my missions" it's not showing up. Can you help?

Extra content didn't download and it is not showing as available for download

Some of the content from preorder downloaded, while there's still content missing (the zodiac missions), and it is not showing as available for download in the game hub... what are my options?

My Missions are not being updated

HI,

I have completed both #Yolo Mission and also the #Preorder Mission on my account but it is not reflected as the digital games being purchase.

It is already more than 96 hours. For #Yolo Mission, my avatar clothing purchase got updated but the game (Marvel vs Capcom Infinite) was not updated, including the achievements that was unlocked for the mission.

For the Preorder Mission, it showed that I have pre-ordered 3 games.. but it is still showing only 2 stamps.

When would it be fully updated and corrected?

Hi Bernhard. You are currently a DEU member in the Rewards Program. Your two purchases were made in a different currency and are not recognized by the program. For purchases to qualify for missions, they must be made in the same region as your Rewards locale.

this link to confirm if the title appears in your list of game purchases. If the game does not appear in your list of purchases you will probably need to discuss this with the support team by using
Contact Us and when prompted select either the option to chat with Xbox Support or Request a call from support.

With any pre-orders made with a credit card, the charge does not go through until 10 days before the actual release date of the game. But often there's a hold placed on the card and not an actual charge.

If you make a pre-order with the funds of your Microsoft account, it will pull the funds from there right away.

I did the link and it is not showing, called 18004myxbox and support said it shows transaction just my card was allowing it (whatever) ... my card had 120 roughly on it b4 transaction and now avaible funds is 60... you do the math. support did try running
it again and same thing, had him cancle it then called and cancled it on my card which now i have to wait three days to get my money back. sigh if i didnt have to deal with these probs xbox would be perfect. i hate the hassle. although im wondering if this
problem is just affecting my preorders. cause i purchased an addon this morning fine.

makes sense... but the game does release on the 13th and the order was placed on the 10th... so i say it should of gone threw. So if i do a preorder again using same card i should not worry that its not showing? A little confussed
cause support was telling me its to do with my bank not allowing it. I dont like using the prepay microcards for the reason i bought one b4 and it wouldnt work and then i had to go threw the retail store customer service to get my money back.
