    I preorder Fifa 18 and i have ea acces but i can't play this game.

    In my xbox's interface it's written this game is available only the 07/10/2017.

    Microsoft has already withdrawn money for this game.

    Can you help me to hunderstand what happened.

    I would suggest contacting Xbox Support directly here- http://support.xbox.com/contact-us and request for a refund.

    You can click on " Chat with Xbox Support" or "Request a call from support".

    Then buy the Ronaldo edition. Don't forget to explain your situation and they should be able to help you:)
