    PreOrder, but no Dishonored 1 code...


    Hey guys so i was Psyched when they announced that with the preorder of Dishonored 2 you would get a free copy of the first one... Since i haven't played it I went and got me a copy of both... however its been more then half a month and i still haven't received
    my code for the first one

    And somebody said,The games should show as free to download in the store. If it doesn't, you'll want to post in the Sales and Promotions forum so support can sort it out for you.

    No Dishonored 1 code for Dishonored 2 preorder

    I bought the game on the 9th Nov, but have not received a game code. I have spoken to the developers who have pointed me to Microsoft and the online help chat has now pointed me here after to separate visits.

    Is this something you can help with please?

    Thanks for that, the trouble is I already have the game with this account. I was expecting a code like all the other pre orders I have made with Xbox. I wish to use the code for my other account.

    To clarify, users who pre ordered Dishonored 2 would receive the license for Dishonored: Definitive Edition. No codes were sent for this promotion, you would just need to download the game from the Xbox Store. To qualify though, you needed to pre-order Dishonored
    2 prior to it's release date in a supported Xbox Live country as well as a country where the game has been officially released.

    You should not receive a code for that game. It should show as free to download from the store. If it's not showing as free, post back and support will check into it for you.
