Solitaire Collection

Every time I click on a new game in the Star Club , Microsoft Solitaire Collection closes . Please advise as this is very frustrating. I'm paying to be a premium user, so please don't suggest that I upgrade to Premium.

The best way to resolve the issue with Solitaire
is to contact the
Microsoft Casual Games Community Support team.
Also, try to remove all accounts and sign in as the premium account.
