    Premium subscription transfer


    I subscribed to Microsoft solitaire collection premium on Dec 13 on my Windows 10 device; my android devices are signing in on the same account but today the free one month premium time expired and my android apps cannot see the premium subscription I bought.
    The Google store does not list the subscription, I assume because I purchased premium on Windows store. But when the Android app signs in to Microsft on the same account, shouldn't Microsoft tell the android app that that account has a subscription?

    I have recently switched from a Windows 10 phone to an iPhone and my Premium subscription to Solitaire is not recognised on the iPhone version of the app. How do I get access to my existing subscription? Thank you

    To clarify, a Subscription for Premium is for use on a single device, if you're wanting to use Premium services on another device you'll need a separate subscription. Is the issue that you're unable to purchase a subscription or that you were looking to

    What type of device are you having the issue with? Is it a normal desktop PC running Windows 10? If so, is the computer fully up to date? What sort of troubleshooting steps have you tried already?

    I purchased Ad blocker for the Solitaire Premium Collection on 7/3/2023 but it is not working. Ads are still loading in between every game played.

    “Premium Subscriptions are only valid for the operating system on which they were purchased. This means that if you purchased Premium on your Windows device, it will only be valid on devices that run Windows and not valid on devices that run iOS or Android”.
