Premium subscriber - getting advertisements in the Solitaire collection (the white Polar Bear).

I am a Premium subscriber; but, I'm getting advertisements in the Solitaire collection (the white Polar Bear). How do I stop it?

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you payed for a premium subscription for Microsoft Solitaire Collection, but you are still receiving advertisements. We recommend making sure that

Windows 10 is up to date. Also, you can try signing out of the application and signing back in. We have

a Facebook page for Microsoft Solitaire users so that they may receive support for Microsoft Solitaire Collection. We suggest posting about this issue on the Facebook page. Be sure to let us know the results!

I subscribed to the Premium (one year) Microsoft Solitaire Collection yesterday after my one month was up. I think it's a rip-off since no second round of Star Club games is available yet. I think those of us who have paid the one year premium should be
reimbursed somehow until they have more games ready. It shouldn't have been advertised or offered if it wasn't ready!

Hi DustBunnyExterminator!

Microsoft Solitare Collection is not an Ad-Free game, it suppose to show you ads in order to play,

however it has a "Subscribe to Premium" option which has no advertisements and other features.

I am not using Microsoft Solitaire Premium.

In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

"Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.
