    I am a premium MS solitaire collection gamer and just renewed my annual membership a couple of months ago, but my game just switched to ads and is saying I need to pay for premium. Wha? Has the game been hacked or is the recent system update causing the
    problem?

    ability to manage or view subscriptions for a user's account. We suggest reaching out to the Microsoft Support Team by calling 1-800-642-7676. The
    Xbox Support Team do not manage the premium subscription as well. Only the Microsoft Support Team can manage that subscription. Be sure to let us know the results!

    Any resolution yet? Same thing happened to me with Microsoft Solitaire PREMIUM (paid annually) app on my iPad!

    I am not using Microsoft Solitaire Premium.

    In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

    "Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.

    I cannot get Microsoft Ultimate Word Games to work on my new computer. I get error code 0x803F8001

    I have Windows 10 and I pay an annual fee for Microsoft Solitaire Collection, which contains Microsoft Ultimate Word Games. Shouldn't I be able to use the Ultimate Word Games, since I pay for the Solitaire Collection? I did update everything in my laptop computer. I tried Repair, but have not tried to Reset yet.

    The message I get, when I try to access it is that to Pair a Device I need PIN AVH-200EX685495.
