Premium points are missing.

I do not get my rewards for my purchases made for a story about bonuses.

The 250 points for the December survey I did not get.

For the purchase of the X Men movies I have also got no points.

What's wrong here ?.

Pieces missing in 3 puzzles.

Just upgraded to premium and there are missing pieces. I tried 3 puzzles and several (5 or so) pieces are not in the puzzle. Work before premium.

Should I cancel and go back to ads?

If you are talking about the XBox reward points for purchasing these consoles, then they can take a few days to come through. If they don't, then contact rewards support here https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/getsupport?oaspworkflow=start_1.0.0.0&wfname=capsub&productkey=m...

From our FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed every chapter in the Rewards Story, your 15,000 Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

Those Credits are now pending in your account. All information requires up to 96 hours to be processed, which is why your December survey Credits are now pending.

For Gotta Get 'Em All, bundles/collections are not eligible for the offer. Since your purchase was a collection of movies and not each separate movie, it was not eligible for that offer.

You missed out on some doozies then. Battlefield 3 Premium was very cheap one weekend about 5 months ago, and a couple years ago I got every piece of Gears 2 DLC (£25 value) for 400 Microsoft points.

As I said in my first post, I've already changed my password and followed all recommended security protocols, and I'll be calling the uk support number in around 8 hours time when it opens.

I've just checked all my billing details to see if my credit card details had been compromised too, but luckily the card linked to my profile has expired. I was also able to see how my msp were used too (my initial estimate of "just under 4000msp" was a
little off as my last actual balance was 3140msp) - here's a copy of the unauthorised purchases:
