Premium pistol item form streaming missing

After watching the stream I have not recieved my Flintlock Pistol for the stream on the 22nd. My account was linked to my microsoft account.

No ebany pistol and no founder pack

I haven't received the ebany pistol even if I watched the streaming logging the account and looks my founder pack is missing too.

SOT support pointed me here after saying that it may take up to 7 days to receive my items.

I was at a stream as well. Said a few things before and after the stream and stayed around for a long while. Was afraid I missed a code or a link since I still dont have the pistol.

Hey Irving,

There are some items in the avatar that are indeed free, you may download those as you please with no issues. Other items in the store may be "premium" avatar items that require payment. You would have to purchase those with either Microsoft Currency or
another form of payment applicable to Microsoft accounts.
