Premium only unlocked 3 out of 5 packs for free?!

So i bought premium and when it was done processing my order, it said an error occurred, Then proceeded to download and pay for premium anyway.

When i launched battlefield everything seemed fine, I got my dog tags and battle packs but what i didn't get where the map packs for free. Instead it gave me $56 on my Microsoft account to buy the dlc's with individually but it was only enough to pay
for 3 of the 5 packs. I have no clue what happened and i'm pretty frustrated that i may have just wasted 50 bucks And the fact that it wasn't even my fault and i would really like to get the last 2 packs for free or at-least a refund considering it's illegal
to steal witch is basically what they did to me, No offense to admins... If anyone has suggestions on what to do please help me out

warzone bundle suddenly stops

Well I got halo 5 limited edition version for Christmas, the one that comes with the hunter helmet, armor etc but it also came with the digital download code for the warzone premium bundle, so I got the 2 premium packs a week for 5 weeks until they suddenly
stopped and haven't come since. So I only got 5 weeks out of the seven weeks worth of packs

Only buy game related stuff through the in-game store. If you buy it from the MS store you might have these kinds of problems.

China Rising is NOT free to any but the very first owners of the game who got a code with their purchase.

You can get all new items in both spectre packs and premium spectre packs. Premium spectre packs are, by far, the better purchase. You receive the rare/gold contents of 2 or 3 spectre packs for the price of 1 1/2 with a higher rate of N7 gear unlocks, as
well. Absolutely worth it.

The packs still started free and have always been free. I know some of you prefer to pay for in game products but, they are indeed FREE.

Would we have received all of these characters, maps, guns, and additions for free without the microtransactions, who knows. But at least it has all been FREE.

I have all the characters and I believe almost everything else unlocked and I am at around 370 hours. I have had all the characters unlocked for a while. So I believe most people will have just about everything unlocked at around 300 hours. BUT you cant
just keep buying Premium Spectre Packs. You need to buy a lot of recruit packs first. The people that only bought premium spectre packs screwed themselves over and over again.

There was a special offer a couple of days ago where it dropped down to 2,800 Microsoft Points. I don't know if that was due to it being an error or what but other sites have also had that listed.

Either way, If you want to unlock weapons you need to buy the shortcut pack and not premium, premium only gives you the maps and a few exclusives like the special knife, weapon camos and some uniforms but you still need to complete the assignments to
unlock them. The premium pack only gives you access to all of the map packs ahead of time.

If you are showing premium in game when you launch Battlefield 3, then you are a premium member. If your Battlelog is not showing you as a premium member then please make sure your seeing your gamertag on the top of Battlelog when you login. If you're logged
in and you don't see your own gamertag, please contact EA Support.
