Any troubleshooting steps for missing Pieces?

I just signed in to jigsaw puzzles trying to put together a puzzle. It has froze up on me 3 times just doing the edge pieces, then it kicked me completely out of jigsaw puzzles. A friend is having the same problem. Is Microsoft ever going to repair the problem?

 

Missing Pieces

For the past two days, I have been experiencing an issue with puzzle pieces missing. As I complete a puzzle in the collections, I notice that pieces are missing. Some of the pieces tend to be "hidden" underneath the settings panel (the area with the zoom
control, lock view, etc.). Since I am not using the premium version of Jigsaw, I can't move this area out of the way.

I'm finding that I have to back out of the puzzle and go back into it. When I do this, all the missing pieces are neatly aligned on the right edge of the screen. I wanted to attach a screenshot, but the link option is disabled and the insert media option
won't allow me to insert a jpg file. In this screenshot, I had finished the puzzle with all available pieces. I had to back out of the puzzle and go back into it. The screenshot shows how all the missing pieces are now aligned.
