Premium edition

I purchased the Microsoft Solitaire Collection Premium Edition a few months ago and it worked fine. I used the tag meMaisie1. Since my computer was automatically updated recently, I no longer have the Premium Edition and get all the ads again. I
tried to update the system but all it did was to change my user name to SpruceGoose552 and I lost the remaining time on the premium edition. Having lost meMaisie1 I played SpruceGoose but would like to know if I can get my originaltag. How do I get the Premium
Edition back again without have to pay for it twice. I also used (Mod Removed-Personal Information)
in the previous time.

Sorry to hear it. Did you buy
Battlefield 4 Premium or
Battlefield 4 Premium Edition?

I only ask because Premium is only like a season pass where the Premium Edition includes the game. If it was the Premium Edition then try going to My Games & Apps then Ready to Install if the game didn't already install to your console.

 

Special Editions Announced

I got the premium edition witch includes everything from the songbird edition except for the statue. Premium edition is $80.00 and songbird edition is $150.00. That is $70.00 just for the statue.

I'm going to guess you ended up creating a second user account.

I still see neMaise1 as an account here:

Sign in to your Microsoft account

There's also your second account here:

Sign in to your Microsoft account

What you're going to want to do is recover your neMaise1 account and login with that.

Once you get that done, you just need to sign in with that account.
