    Premium Deluxe but only 20 Airplanes


    I have the latest version of FS 2020 and paid for the Premium Deluxe. But I only have 20 airplanes from the basic version, but more importantly, I don't have the Dreamliner, which I really wanted.

    What is the issue with this? I downloaded it from Microsoft when it first came out. I just re-downloaded it and still don't have everything.

    Any help would be appreciated. I cannot find a customer service phone number to get help, either. Can someone share a phone number for CS for MS FS 2020 at Microsoft?

    MISSING CONTENT FOR MICROSOFT FLIGHT SIMULATOR ON THE SERIES X (Premium Deluxe Edition)

    I have the same issue - missing all deluxe planes but have premium ones. XBox store shows that I own Premium Deluxe edition.

    However in-game marketplace lists 3 upgrades - Premium, Deluxe and Premium Deluxe. It shows that I own Premium upgrade, but not two other. And it is exactly what I have even if it is impossible combination - there is no Premium edition, only Premium Deluxe.

    Microsoft support article of PC release times suggests to sign out and sign in with proper email etc. It obviously does not work on XBox where you sign in to XBox

    Can’t choose planes from the Premium and Premium Deluxe Upgrade

    I purchased the Premium and Premium Deluxe Upgrade and I can see in Marketplace that they are Owned and installed. But I can't choose any of the planes in the World Map. I only see a total of 20 planes.

    I also noticed that in the Content Manager that there are no version numbers and the space used is empty.
    Many people are having this problem myself included. there are a lot of posts about this.

    I didn't know that there was a Premium Deluxe add-on. I thought only the Premium Deluxe version of the game was being sold nowadays. If you purchased this add-on, it should work even with the Game Pass version of the game (if your subscription is still active).

    But if you want to own the Premium Deluxe Edition of the game, you can request a refund for the add-on you purchased and then buy the Premium Deluxe Edition.

    You do not have it. I also have 31 aircrafts but I am missing non-G1000 Cessna 172, 152 Aerobat, Baron etc. Marketplace shows separately Deluxe, Premium and Premium Deluxe upgrades, and I am sure you only see Premium upgrade as owned, but not two other. It is impossible combination, there is no such edition available for purchase.
